divemasters are not employees or representatives of IDEA
Europe or WDA, but independent professionals authorized to
use the IDEA or WDA names, trademarks and training systems.
The IDEA Europe and the WDA are not involved directly in
their training activities and cannot control how these
activities are carried out.
The IDEA Europe and WDA only
provide training standards, educational materials and issue
the student certifications, following the request of the instructor who held the course..
Theoretical and practical training, as well as all activity
in the water, are under the exclusive responsibility of the
professionals involved in the courses.
Finally, IDEA Europe and WDA are in
no case involved in dives of already certified divers.
